In order to streamline support requests and speed up response times, we've established a ticket system for pilots relating to all aspects of your flying career with SVAG. While not compulsory, we advise creating an account to keep track of your tickets and to use the same email as your pilot account to avoid unnecessary delays.


If there is an issue for which you need to contact us urgently, please do so via Telegram. However, support provided via Telegram is often minimal due to the staff's real-world commitments. Therefore, while Telegram requests will continue to be acknowledged and processed as they have always been, most will now be transferred to this platform where it is easier to keep track and follow up.
